Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu caught three passes for 50 yards in the Divisional Round playoff game against the Philadelphia Eagles Saturday, Jan. 13.

Huddle Up: Sanu was a solid contributor in the team's passing game this season and finished the regular season with 703 yards and five touchdowns. He should be one of the starting receivers again in 2018 and can be a low-end No. 3 or a No. 4 receiver for fantasy owners.

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (knee) was limited in practice Thursday, Jan. 11, but is not on the injury report for the Divisional Round playoff game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Huddle Up: Sanu and Julio Jones coexisted as well last week as they had all season. Jones, Sanu and Devonta Freeman are clearly Matt Ryan's go-to targets. Sanu can be started as a WR2 or flex even in a difficult matchup versus the Philadelphia Eagles.

  • Posted: 1/10/2018 2:24pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Jan. 10.

Huddle Up: Sanu recorded four catches for 75 yards last week and should receive a solid amount of targets against the Philadelphia Eagles. He can be considered a No. 2 fantasy receiver or flex option in leagues.

  • Posted: 1/9/2018 3:20pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (knee) practiced on a limited basis Tuesday, Jan. 9.

Huddle Up: Sanu saw a season-high 11 targets in the Falcons' big playoff victory last week, tallying seven catches for 71 yards. Even in a tough matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, Sanu shouldn't be overlooked in daily fantasy games.

  • Posted: 1/6/2018 8:55pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu caught four passes on eight targets for 75 yards in a 26-13 win over the Los Angeles Rams Saturday, Jan. 6.

Huddle Up: Sanu doesn't come close to matching the upside of his teammate, Julio Jones, but as the teams still alive in the playoffs dwindle, you could do a lot worse than Sanu when it comes to finding a WR3.

  • Posted: 12/22/2017 4:09pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 22, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.

Huddle Up: Sanu has posted at least 50 yards in only two of the last eight games but does have three touchdowns during that span. He will be facing an improved New Orleans Saints pass defense but could still be a flex option in some leagues.

  • Posted: 12/21/2017 3:19pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (knee) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 21.

Huddle Up: Owners should check on Sanu's status later in the week to see if he is in any danger of missing Week 16. He is coming off a disappointing Week 15 performance but will continue to be a starting receiver for the Falcons. He has a chance to be a flex option in some deeper leagues.

  • Posted: 12/20/2017 4:14pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 20.

Huddle Up: Sanu should be fine for the team's Week 16 game but is coming off a disappointing Week 15 performance. He has been targeted at least five times in each of the last four games and could be at least a flex option in some deeper leagues.

  • Posted: 12/18/2017 9:32pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu was held to only two catches on five targets for 23 yards in the team's Week 15 victory Monday, Dec. 18, versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He added one three-yard rush as well.

Huddle Up: You'd think that if Julio Jones (five catches for 54 yards) had an off game, Sanu would be a beneficiary of that but alas, that wasn't the case, as the former Cincinnati Bengal was awfully quiet as well. In general, he's a pretty volatile option, with plenty of games in which he registered less than 30 receiving yards, so his owners can't be surprised when it happens here and there.

  • Posted: 12/16/2017 11:14am ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (knee) was limited during practice Saturday, Dec. 15, but is not on the injury report for Week 15.

Huddle Up: Sanu has been targeted 23 times over the last three games and is coming off a 83-yard performance in Week 14. He should have a favorable matchup this week and can be a No. 3 receiver or a flex option.

  • Posted: 12/15/2017 2:47pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (knee) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 15.

Huddle Up: Sanu should be able to play this week despite the injury. He is coming off a terrific Week 14 performance where he recorded 83 yards and one touchdown. He should have a favorable matchup and can be a No. 3 receiver or a flex option in leagues.

  • Posted: 12/14/2017 3:36pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (knee) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Dec. 14.

Huddle Up: With the club's game on Monday night this week, Sanu should be perfectly fine in time for kickoff. He's coming off an outing that saw him record his most yards (83) since Week 2, doing so with a healthy six catches on eight targets. He also scored his fifth touchdown of the year. With Tampa Bay having the worst pass defense entering Week 15, Sanu is a logical WR3 candidate.

  • Posted: 12/7/2017 9:38pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu tallied six receptions (on eight targets), 83 yards and a touchdown in the team's three-point win over the New Orleans Saints in Week 14.

Huddle Up: Sanu has been up and down this year, but by scoring Thursday night he has now logged a touchdown in four of his last seven games. While Sanu has some value in larger leagues, he's not someone you want to pin your playoff hopes on.

  • Posted: 12/3/2017 1:55pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu caught 43 yards on three catches against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 13.

Huddle Up: Sanu has been held to under 50 yards in four of the last five games but does have three touchdowns in the last six games. He should receive a solid amount of targets against the New Orleans Saints but is not a must-start option.

  • Posted: 11/26/2017 2:04pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu caught eight passes for 64 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 12. He also threw a 51-yard touchdown pass during the game.

Huddle Up: Sanu was fairly quiet over the last three weeks prior to Week 12 but does have three touchdowns in his last five games. He should receive a decent amount of targets next week but would not be a strong fantasy option.

  • Posted: 11/12/2017 8:52pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu posted three receptions for 29 yards on five targets in Week 10 against the Dallas Cowboys.

Huddle Up: Sanu has three or more receptions in seven of his eight games, but he has gone backwards with just 52 total receiving yards over the past two outings. Still, he isn't a bad low-end WR3 or flex option in most fantasy formats.

  • Posted: 11/5/2017 2:15pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu racked up three receptions for 23 yards and a touchdown on his three targets in Week 9 against the Carolina Panthers.

Huddle Up: Sanu's yardage total wasn't great, but he was able to score a touchdown for the second straight game and third time in five outings. He remains more of a WR4 or flex option heading into Week 10 against the Cowboys.

  • Posted: 10/29/2017 1:33pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu caught six passes for 74 yards and one touchdown against the New York Jets in Week 8.

Huddle Up: Sanu has posted back-to-back solid performances and was targeted 17 times during the span. He appears to have a good role in the passing game and could be a flex option in deeper leagues.

  • Posted: 10/23/2017 4:54am ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu caught six passes for 65 yards in a Week 7 loss to the New England Patriots.

Huddle Up: Considering Sanu came back from a hamstring problem, these numbers aren't bad at all. Sanu is one of the bigger weapons in the Falcons' offense and should merit WR3 or flex status in future weeks.

  • Posted: 10/19/2017 2:36pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (hamstring) was limited in practice Thursday, Oct. 19.

Huddle Up: It's hard not to like any offensive player in the Atlanta Falcons - New England Patriots tilt. Sanu was playing well before succumbing to his hamstring injury in Week 4. If he's not on a snap count then he's worth a look as a WR3 or flex.

  • Posted: 10/18/2017 3:30pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (hamstring) was able to put in a limited practice Wednesday, Oct. 18.

Huddle Up: Sanu is on the mend and on his way to suiting up in Week 7 after being sidelined last week. The Falcons need their No. 2 wide receiver in what is shaping up to be a barn burner with the New England Patriots. Sanu's status needs to be monitored in the coming days, but if he's healthy enough to play then he warrants at least flex consideration.

  • Posted: 10/17/2017 9:33pm ET

Atlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn said he is 'hopeful' that WR Mohamed Sanu (hamstring) will return to practice this week. Sanu has been out since injuring his hamstring in Week 4.

Huddle Up: Outside of his 85-yard performance in Week 2 Sanu has been pretty quiet this season, so odds are you'll want to see him make a positive contribution before considering him for your lineup, even against a vulnerable Patriots secondary.

  • Posted: 10/12/2017 2:12pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (hamstring) remained a non-participant in practice Thursday, Oct. 12.

Huddle Up: Sanu looks doubtful for Week 6. If he does miss the Falcons' contest then Taylor Gabriel and Austin Hooper should see more targets. Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman may also be more involved in the passing game. Gabriel and Hooper are sleeper candidates in standard leagues.

  • Posted: 10/9/2017 12:25pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (hamstring) did not participate in practice Monday, Oct. 9.

Huddle Up: Sanu was expected to miss multiple weeks because of the injury, so he probably will be sidelined for at least one more week. Taylor Gabriel should have a bigger role in the passing game and can be a flex option in deeper leagues this week.

  • Posted: 10/1/2017 11:48am ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury in Week 4 and has been ruled out for the game.

Huddle Up: Owners will need to keep an eye out for an update on Sanu after the game or in the next day or two. Sanu was off to a solid start to the season, but owners should be able to find other options to use in their lineup is Sanu misses multiple games.

  • Posted: 9/17/2017 9:54pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu managed five receptions for 85 yards in Week 2 against the Packers on six targets.

Huddle Up: Sanu stepped up his game and was a nice secondary target in Matt Ryan's arsenal, which is exactly why he was brought in last season. Still, he is only worth a look as a low-end WR4 or WR5 in PPR fantasy formats heading into Week 3 at Detroit.

  • Posted: 9/16/2017 8:15pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu faces the Green Bay Packers in Week 2, and last year, he recorded a season-high nine catches for a season-high 84 yards and a touchdown against the Packers in the regular season.

Huddle Up: Sanu also caught a touchdown against the Packers in the postseason. He could be worth a look as a flex play in deeper leagues in Week 2.

  • Posted: 9/10/2017 3:37pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu posted six receptions for 47 yards in Week 1 at Chicago while posting a team-high nine targets.

Huddle Up: The Bears did a good job of containing Julio Jones, making Matt Ryan look to his secondary and tertiary options in the pass game. Despite the solid performance Sanu remains more of a WR4 or flex play in most fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams. The Falcons host the Packers in Week 2.
