Chicago Bears WR Taylor Gabriel failed to convert any of his three targets in Week 10 against the Detroit Lions.

Huddle Up: Gabriel had a nice two-game run in Week 4 and Week 6, but he has produced 52 receiving yards or fewer in his other seven games. With Allen Robinson back, rookie Anthony Miller starting to take off and playmakers like Trey Burton and Tarik Cohen around, there just aren't many targets left for a player who makes his living as a deep threat. It's probably safe for owners in most leagues to move on.

Chicago Bears WR Taylor Gabriel (knee) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 8.

Huddle Up: Gabriel has cooled off since posting consecutive 100-yard games but is still receiving a solid amount of targets each game. He could be a flex option in some leagues but is not a strong fantasy option.

  • Posted: 11/7/2018 3:39pm ET

Chicago Bears WR Taylor Gabriel (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 7.

Huddle Up: Gabriel should have a good chance to play in Week 10 as long as he does not suffer a setback. He has been targeted at least five times in all but one game this season but has been held to 52 yards or less in each of the last three games. He could be a flex option in some deeper leagues but can also be benched if owners have better options.

  • Posted: 11/4/2018 2:50pm ET

Chicago Bears WR Taylor Gabriel caught three passes for 45 yards against the Buffalo Bills in Week 9.

Huddle Up: Gabriel has slowed down a bit since posting back-to-back 100-yard games a few weeks back. He continues to receive a solid amount of targets in the passing game but may only be a flex option next week against the Detroit Lions.

  • Posted: 10/31/2018 3:24pm ET

Chicago Bears WR Taylor Gabriel (knee) was limited at practice Wednesday, Oct. 31.

Huddle Up: Gabriel's been perfectly healthy this season up until now, though this doesn't figure to sideline him for Week 9. He's been a regular factor in the offense and could be a solid streaming option this week with Allen Robinson's (groin) status up in the air.

  • Posted: 10/14/2018 3:32pm ET

Chicago Bears WR Taylor Gabriel posted five receptions for 110 yards on his five targets in Week 6 against the Miami Dolphins.

Huddle Up: Fellow wideouts Allen Robinson and Anthony Miller found the end zone, but Gabriel was easily the big yardage guy, highlighted by a 54-yard grab. That's back-to-back 100-yard games and fantasy owners might want to use him as a WR4 against New England in Week 7, as he has developed a nice rapport with Mitchell Trubisky.

  • Posted: 9/30/2018 2:13pm ET

Chicago Bears WR Taylor Gabriel caught seven passes for 104 yards and two touchdowns against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 4.

Huddle Up: Gabriel has been targeted at least seven times in the last three games but surpassed his season total in Week 4. He probably will continue to be a popular target in the passing game but may not be a weekly starting option.

  • Posted: 9/17/2018 9:19pm ET

Chicago Bears WR Taylor Gabriel posted four receptions for 30 yards on seven targets in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks on Monday, Sept. 17, and he rushed three times for 17 yards.

Huddle Up: Gabriel is a Swiss Army Knife who came be a difference maker, and it appears head coach Matt Nagy wants to get the ball in his hands. However, he remains more of a WR5 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 3 against the Arizona Cardinals.

Chicago Bears WR Taylor Gabriel (foot) caught one pass for 10 yards in the preseason game Saturday, Aug. 25.

Huddle Up: Gabriel has been slowed by the foot injury during the preseason but appears to be on track for the start of the regular season. He probably will be a slot receiver for the Bears this season and could be a No. 4 or No. 5 fantasy receiver.

  • Posted: 3/13/2018 1:30pm ET

Free-agent WR Taylor Gabriel (Falcons) is expected to sign a four-year deal with the Chicago Bears.

Huddle Up: Gabriel and Allen Robinson will really open up the field for the Bears this year. Chicago has added quality playmakers to an injury riddled receiving corps and Gabriel could be in for a sizable workload if either or both of Kevin White and Cameron Meredith are hurt again. For now, though, view him as a flier in later rounds. He is a more ideal fit in standard schemes.

Atlanta Falcons impending free-agent WR Taylor Gabriel will hit the free-agent market this offseason, according to general manager Thomas Dimitroff.

Huddle Up: Gabriel is coming off a disappointing 2017 season but should be able to find a new team this offseason. He has the ability to make big plays but probably will not be a great fantasy option next season.

  • Posted: 1/13/2018 5:12pm ET

Atlanta Falcons WR Taylor Gabriel caught two passes for four yards in the Divisional Round playoff game against the Philadelphia Eagles Saturday, Jan. 13.

Huddle Up: Gabriel saw a drop in his production this season compared to last season and finished with 378 yards and one touchdown. Owners on all leagues probably can avoid Gabriel in drafts in 2018.
